The winners of the Competition will take part in the marathon My Rachmaninoff

The all-Russian cultural project is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the great composer and will take place in all federal districts. 25 concerts will be presented by 10 famous ensembles, outstanding conductors and soloists-winners of all-Russian and international competitions. Laureates of the Rachmaninoff International Competition for Pianists, Composers and Conductors – Alexander Kliuchko, Arseny Tarasevich-Nikolaev, Ivan Nikiforchin, Clément Nonciaux, as well as Russian pianists, winners of the International Tchaikovsky Competition – Vadim Rudenko, Dmitry Masleev, Sergei Davydchenko, Stanislav Korchagin, Valentin Malinin, Ilya Papoyan will be starring in concert programs.

The marathon started in July in Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk and Irkutsk, and will continue in October in Vladikavkaz, Makhachkala, Grozny, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Vladivostok, Blagoveshchensk, Ufa, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Zarechny, Alapaevsk and Irbit. In November, the “marathon baton” will be picked up by Tikhvin, Veliky Novgorod, Pskov, Volgograd, Astrakhan, Rostov-on-Don, Moscow, Voronezh, Orel and Yaroslavl.
