In addition broadcasting will include competition diaries, interviews, backstage reports, and other exclusive videos.
Thus, rachmaninoffcompetition.com will become a media resource with the most relevant information about the competition course. The presence of such a partner as VKontakte will allow music lovers to watch broadcasts in FullHD quality without registration or paid subscription on any device with Internet access around the world.

“First Rachmaninoff International Competition will mark the beginning of the glorious history of this music event. Organizing team faces an important task – to acquaint the whole musical world with it. This is what we will strive for together with our partner VKontakte”, – said Denis Matsuev, artistic director of the Competition.

Zera Chereshneva, Director of Strategic Projects at VKontakte: “Over the past five years, VKontakte has been creating and promoting a large number of broadcasts – there are philharmonic societies and theaters among our partners. Working with such institutions has allowed us to expand the audience of classical music in Russia and the CIS, to rejuvenate it. Thanks to projects such as the First Rachmaninoff International Competition, classical music is getting closer to users. We are glad that VKontakte helps to blur this line.
